Courtney banned from London luxury hotel - 2007-10-30
Courtney Love has been banned from staying at an exclusive London hotel after she started a fire during her last visit. The singer, who wants to book into Claridges in Mayfair for her next trip to England, reportedly received a no as answer from hotel management. Love caused a lot of damage in her $3,000-a-night suite, which had to be completely redecorated when she started a fire. "Courtney is desperate to stay in Claridges again, but when her people tried to get her a suite it was a no go. Even the best known fixers in the business can't get her in there,” the Daily Mirror quoted a source, as telling. "When Courtney's name was mentioned they were told it was fully booked. But when her people rang up again requesting the same dates under a different name they were told there were a number of suites available."

Courtney Love will reportedly go under the knife to correct “wonky” lips. The singer admits being unhappy with her looks, despite having surgery to remove her breast implants and enhanced lips. Courtney posted this unchanged extract on her MySpace page , “my mouth still looks wonky, i think i gott go back to paris tot he dr, hes nit a cosmetic surgeon he just fixes bad surgery and also cleft palates and serious shit its nbot really vanity hes conservtive, wich we like, and this really isnt znyones business but im hating that id di that to my mouth back in the day and he didnt really take out enough the first time around i just wnt the mouth god gave me back, it was perfectly cute".
Courtney put Kurt's belongings up for Auction - 2007-05-03
It is said better late than never...and after more than ten years, rocker's widow Courtney Love will put Kurt Cobain's belongings up for auction. "I'm going to have a Christie's auction," AOL music Web site Spinner.com quoted her, as saying. "(My house) is like a mausoleum." Cobain committed suicide in 1994 two years after they get married and Love gave birth to their daughter, Frances Bean. "My daughter doesn't need to inherit a giant... bag full of flannel... shirts," Love said . "A sweater, a guitar and the lyrics to '(Smells Like) Teen Spirit' -- that's what my daughter gets. And the rest of it we'll just... sell, " the former frontwoman of rock act Hole added.
The 42-year-old star also said the auction, which still has not date- would help her to overcome completely the mourning ."I still wear his pajamas to bed. How am I ever going to go form another relationship in my lifetime wearing Kurt's pajamas?"
